Saanich will be hiring a facilitator to assist with the process, which it's hoped will begin later this month. They are suggesting forming a 'working group' to help them shape the process, especially the public engagement aspect, that will include representation from QCHCA, the Friends of Cedar Hill Park, Parks and Rec, Camosun and Mount Tolmie Community Association, the Bowker Creek Initiative, and others.
